How to recover files from the backup copies

 

If you have lost files and you need to recover them from the backup copies that you have made, you can do this easily by following these steps:

  1. Click Status in the main screen in .

  2. In the Maintenance section, click Settings.

  3. Click Restore copy.

  4. Select the backup copy from which you want to restore files and click Restore copy.

Note: If the files that you want to recover are in another location (CD, DVD), click Other copies and select the corresponding drive. After that, the name will appear in the list and you can select it

  1. Select the date of the backup copy from which you want to restore files and the files or folders to restore and click Restore copy.

  2. Specify if you want to restore the files or folders to their original location or if you want to specify a new location.

  3. Once the process is complete, click Close.

Note: If you used a password when making the copies, the wizard will ask you to enter the password before restoring the copy.

 

After these steps the process of recovering the files will begin.
